Speak to Selene and find the ring

To find the ring in Lunar Diplomacy, you must first speak to Selene near the centre of the village. She will give you a riddle about blue flowers. Take a spade and travel outside the village to the south and then west until you come to a bridge. Dig at the blue flowers in the very southwest of the island to obtain the ring.

Make sure you complete the dialogue or else you won't receive the ring. Take all items back to the Oneiromancer, ensuring you have 11 free inventory spots. She will give you all your items back, plus some kindling obtained from the first-ever magic tree and a waking sleep vial.

You can use the vial on the kindling, drop the soaked kindling, and talk to the Oneiromancer again to obtain a second vial and kindling. It is recommended to obtain a few spares as logging out or losing connection in the Dream World means another kindling will be required to re-enter.

Before returning to the isle, you can smelt the lunar ore at any regular furnace and make a lunar helmet at a regular anvil. Travel back to Lunar Isle and give a lunar staff to the Oneiromancer.

Get the cape from Pauline Polaris

To get the cape from Pauline Polaris, you must first locate her. She is situated in a house in the north-western corner of the village on Lunar Isle. After completing the Lunar Diplomacy quest, she moves to the entrance of the livid farm.

Speak to Pauline, and she will ask you to guess her real name. Her alias is Pauline Polaris, but her birth name is Jane Blud-Hagic-Maid. She will give you a clue if you do not guess it straight away:

> Change a letter from the word Dane to get my first name. The first part of my surname rhymes with wood, the third part rhymes with spade, and the second rhymes with magic.

Once you have guessed her name, she will offer you the cape.

Kill Suqahs for their hides and tiara

Suqahs are located on the southern part of the island, although they are more sparsely found in this area. Suqahs in the south do not attack with magic, so this is a good spot for players who do not wish to use the "Protect from Magic" prayer. Their damage can be completely mitigated with Guthan's equipment. If you are using the northern area on Lunar Isle, you should pray "Protect from Magic" and wear armour with high Melee defence, as these Suqahs attack with both melee and magic.

To maximise xp/hr, players should use a Venator Bow. Suqahs can be a good Slayer task, as there is a relatively high amount of experience per hour that can be gained from killing them with the help of a dwarf multicannon. However, using a dwarf multicannon and toxic blowpipe will result in a loss of coins due to their lack of valuable drops.

You will need to kill Suqahs for their hides and their tiara. To make the four items of clothing (torso armour, gloves, legs, and boots), you will need four hides. You can get these by killing Suqahs and picking up their hides. You will also need a needle and thread, which you can buy from Rimae if you don't already have them. Take the hides to the clothing shop and spend 100 coins on each to have them tanned. Talk to Pauline Polaris, who will offer to give you the cape if you can guess her name. The answer is "Jane Blud-Hagic-Maid".

Meteora will tell you that she has lost her lucky tiara and that a Suqah has it. Kill Suqahs until one drops the tiara. You can then trade the tiara for the amulet.

Make the potion with Baba Yaga

To make the potion with Baba Yaga in the Lunar Diplomacy quest, you must first speak with her in the chicken coop of Moonclan Village, which is north of the bank in the fenced area. She will give you a special potion bottle and ask for a guam leaf, marrentill, and a crushed Suqah tooth.

Next, fill the empty vial from a nearby water source (a bucket of water won't work). You can find a water source by going to the southeast of the island. Here, you must kill a level 111 Suqah to obtain the crushed Suqah tooth. Make sure to collect their hides as well, as you will need four of them later on.

Now, add the guam leaf and marrentill to the vial, then crush the Suqah tooth with a pestle and mortar to obtain a ground tooth. Add the ground tooth to the vial, and return to speak with the Oneiromancer to give them the potion.

Before leaving Lunar Isle, it is recommended to speak to Baba Yaga again to unlock the Ourania Teleport spell. To do this, make sure to switch your spellbooks to the Lunar spellbook at the altar next to the Oneiromancer before visiting Baba Yaga.

Travel to Lunar Isle with Captain Bentley

Captain Bentley is the captain of the Lady Zay. Players help him remove the jinx from his ship during Lunar Diplomacy. He can be found on the top deck of the Lady Zay and will be the player's point of contact for sailing away from Lunar Isle to Pirates' Cove.

To travel to the Lunar Isles with Captain Bentley, players must first complete the elite tier of the Fremennik Diary. They can then talk to Lokar Searunner on the westernmost dock of Rellekka, who will take them to Pirates' Cove. Players can then board the pirate ship and talk to Captain Bentley about sailing to Lunar Isle.

Captain Bentley will tell players that he originally wanted to sail to Lunar Isle to plunder and kill the inhabitants, but the threat of the Suqahs and the mind-reading powers of the Moonclan people deterred him. He will also tell players that he stole his ship from the Karamjan shipyards.

Once players have spoken to Captain Bentley, they must climb down the stairs in the first southern cabin and talk to 'Bird's-Eye' Jack, before returning to Captain Bentley. They must then speak to 'Eagle-Eye' Shultz, 'Beefy' Burns, 'Lecherous' Lee, and First Mate 'Davey-Boy' in that order. Finally, players must climb up to the top level at the south end of the ship and talk to the cabin boy, before using the lens on the lantern and lighting it.

Captain Bentley can provide transport between Pirates' Cove and Lunar Isle once his ship is cleared of curses.
