There are six SHD cache locations in Constitution Hall

The third SHD cache location is on the roof of an apartment building. To get to the building, enter through the window on the south side, go through the door, and activate the fire suppression system. Then, go up the stairs and out the first open window on the left to find the cache.
The fourth cache is located to the west of the Elite Territory Control activity. Go through the parkade and into the tunnel, then follow the sewer until you reach a large room. The cache is behind a locked door on the upper floor.
