Property wanted
I am looking to buy a property in Blairsville, Atlanta. My budget is flexible, but I am looking for a property with at least 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. I would prefer a brick ranch-style house, but I am open to other styles as well. The property should have at least a few acres of land, preferably with some hardwoods and a stream. I would like the property to be within a 2-hour drive of Atlanta, and ideally joined to the US Forest Service.
I am also interested in properties in Blue Ridge, Georgia. I would consider a cabin with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, preferably with a fireplace and a deck. The property should have utilities included and a spectacular view. I am open to properties that are within a close drive to town, but still offer privacy and seclusion.
Additionally, I am open to properties in other areas of Atlanta, such as Amelia Island Plantation or Gwinnett. I am interested in oceanfront or gulf fairway properties with utilities installed. I would also consider properties with paved roads and spectacular views.
If you have any properties that match these criteria, please contact me with more information. I am eager to find the right property in Blairsville or the surrounding areas of Atlanta.
