Behind the Haunted House Control Point

To get to the SHD cache in Constitution Hall, you must first reach level 17. Once you've done that, make your way to the Haunted House Control Point in the northeast of the map. This SHD cache can be found behind the Haunted House Control Point, next to some dumpsters.

This cache is a little tricky to get to as it's behind a locked gate. To get around this, run west along E St NW until you spot an alleyway with a truck in it. Climb over the truck and then climb up the nearby ladder. From here, run across the platform to the next building and go up the stairs. Run through the room and exit through the window. Cross the bridge to the adjacent building. Run through this room, then descend down the rope to reach the area with the SHD Tech.

To reach the cache, climb the ladder to the left of the caged area and go up. Move forward on the roof until you come across a locked door. Shoot the door open and continue forward. Jump through the window into the office building. Turn right and run down the hallway until you find the next open window. Jump out of the window and drop down into the fenced area with the cache.

Near dumpsters

The first SHD cache in The Division 2's Constitution Hall can be found near some dumpsters. Specifically, it is located behind the Haunted House Control Point to the northeast of the map. To reach this cache, get close to the dumpsters, interact with them, and loot the items.

There are several other SHD cache locations in and around Constitution Hall. One cache can be found on a balcony. To reach it, players must navigate through a large house and find a small window with a yellow cover. Once inside, make your way to the upper balcony, where the cache is located on the left side near the ventilation system.

Another cache is located on top of a construction structure. To access this one, players must walk north along 18th St SW, look for a small cover on a balcony on the left side of the street, and use it to climb up. Then, retrace your steps to the cache location and climb up the structure to retrieve it.

A third cache is located in an underground storage area. Players should look for a tennis field and a nearby tunnel leading underground. Follow your tracker to find the cache. If the door is locked, shoot the padlock to gain entry.

Additionally, there is a cache located inside a fenced-in area. To reach it, climb the ladder to the left of the caged area and move across the roof until you find a locked door. Shoot the lock, enter the building, and jump through an open window to reach the fenced area where the cache is located.

On scaffolding on C St NW

To get to the SHD cache on the scaffolding on C St NW, players must first reach around level 17 in The Division 2. They can then explore the Constitution Hall area, where they will find a series of SHD Tech caches that will help them unlock valuable perks for their agent.

To find the cache on the scaffolding, players should head north on 18th St NW. They will spot a hot dog cart along a wall, which they can climb to access the building. From there, players should run to C St NW and climb the scaffolding to reach the cache. This is the second SHD cache in the Constitution Hall area.

The first SHD cache in the area is located behind the Haunted House Control Point to the northeast of the map, near some dumpsters. Players can interact with this cache to loot it and take the provided items.

The third cache is located on the roof of an apartment building. To access it, players must enter through the window on the south side of the building and go through the door. They should then trigger the fire suppression system and head upstairs. The cache can be found through the first open window to the left.

The final cache is located west of the Elite Territory Control. Players must look for a parkade that leads into the sewer and follow it until they reach a large underground warehouse. The cache is behind a locked door on the upper floor.

On the roof of an apartment building

To get to the SHD cache on the roof of an apartment building in Constitution Hall, you must first enter through a window on the south side of the building. Once inside, go through the door and turn left. Interact with the door to activate the fire suppression system. Go up the stairs and out the first open window on your left. You will then find the SHD cache.

Alternatively, you can climb up a red ladder to reach the upper roof of the building. Shoot the padlock off the gate and enter the office through the window on the left. Turn right and exit through another window to get back outside onto the roof. Drop down into the fenced enclosure where the SHD cache is located.

Behind a locked door in a warehouse

To get to the SHD cache behind a locked door in a warehouse in Constitution Hall, players of The Division 2 must first reach around level 17. Once they have reached this level, they can explore the Constitution Hall area.

To find the cache, players should head west of the Elite Territory Control activity and look for a parkade that leads down into a sewer. They should then follow the sewer until they reach a large underground warehouse. The SHD cache is located behind a locked door on the upper floor of the warehouse.

Players may need to climb a ladder to reach the locked door. Once they have found the door, they can shoot it open. They should then jump through the window into the office building beside it. Turning right, they should then run until they find another open window, through which they can jump to drop into the area with the SHD cache.

Before attempting to access this cache, players must first mark it on their map by visiting The Archive Safe House and interacting with the agent's computer there.
