Constitution Hall side mission

To enter Constitution Hall in Tom Clancy's The Division 2, you must first recruit Emma in the campus settlement and then speak to Kevin Green. Once you've done that, head to the Constitution Hall area and look for the side mission marker to start the mission.

This area is bordered by Dark Zone West and was one of Washington, D.C.'s most polished and secure neighborhoods before the Green Poison outbreak. Now, the district is a ghost town, with landmarks like the Mexican Embassy reduced to ruins.

The Division's mission in the West End is critical: they must neutralize the Outcast threat, secure SHD Tech Caches, and restore order to the district. The Outcasts have been disrupting supply routes, seizing control points like the Riverside Gas Station, and propagating the use of disease and death to punish the "guilty". They have also scavenged military-grade technology, including chemical agents, aiming to further weaponize the Green Poison.

Key locations in the West End, such as the Federal Emergency Bunker and the Historic District, have become battlegrounds where agents face waves of Outcast zealots. To access the Constitution Camp, which is part of the West End mission, you must leave the driveway and go to the magnifying glass icon on the map. This location is on the complete opposite side of the compound. Once you get there, you will encounter enemies.

Judiciary Square side mission

In Tom Clancy's The Division 2, players have reported bugs with the Judiciary Square Metro Station side mission. Players have reported that, upon reaching WT5, their side missions show as 97% complete, with the Judiciary Square mission inaccessible and unable to be activated.
